Q: Do you have monthly Food and Beverage specialties?

A: Yes we do and this is going on a 2-months-once basis. A leaflet for this is available and is featured in our website click - Promotions

Q: What will happen to my reservation if I arrive late maybe due to flight delay, traffic jam etc?

A: All reservations are held until 4 p.m. In case of delay, kindly contact the hotel for us to amend the arrival time or date.

Q: What is the difference between a confirmed and guaranteed reservation?

A: A confirmed booking has no deposit given and reservation will be held till a specific cut-off time of 4 p.m. The reservation will be released if no show after that time. A guaranteed reservation is when a deposit is received for the reservation and the room will be held regardless to any time of arrival.

Q: I have made a guaranteed reservation for a specific date but I couldn’t come due to an unforeseen circumstances. Do I get refund?

A: The hotel has a cancellation policy as follows : *Before 72 hours prior to arrival - No charge *After 72 hours prior to arrival - 50% charge *After 24 hours prior to arrival - Full charge

Q: I am interested to organize a company dinner at your hotel. How do I go about?

A: All inquiries pertaining to functions will be channeled to the Sales & Marketing Department during office hours. You have to provide the date, number of persons and time. Our sales personnel will then make a quick check and will be able to inform you of the availability of space and date. We will then send you a function proposal together with the proposed menus. Once you are agreeable with the proposal and confirmed the arrangements, we will require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.

Q: Can the bills be invoiced to the company?

A: This will be subjected to approval. You have to make a formal request and we will provide you with a credit application form to be filled up and return back to us with the requested information i.e. Form 24. The hotel will review this information before approval is given.

Q: How do I reserve my hotel room?

A: You can do it either by calling direct to the hotel, fax or via online at our e-mail address : Reservation can be made anytime 24 hours and all reservation will be given a number for reference. Mention this number upon check-in.

Q: How far ahead can I reserve my room? Can I reserve say 12 months in advance?

A: Yes you can but we will need at least one night stay deposit to effect the reservation. Deposit can be made either by credit card or cash.

Q: How do I check rooms availability?

A: Rooms availability can be checked through our website. However due to high volume of reservation and inquiries that may not yet be keyed into the system we strongly suggest you to call direct to our reservation department for assistance.

Q: Can I specify my room preferences (e.g. non-smoking floor, street view etc)

A: Yes, you can. It is the hotel policy to accommodate to guests requests as best as it could. However, this will be on upon availability policy.

Q: Can I make reservation for someone else?

A: Yes, you can. If it is a direct call to our reservation department, kindly provide us the name, mobile contact number and advise us the mode of payment. You will still be given a reference number for this.

Q: Can I book a room under my company’s name?

A: Yes. This will be categorized under corporate booking. We will require a written reservation from you and with complete details of name of guest, date of arrival and departure, number of rooms and billing instructions.

Q: How about meeting or seminar packages?

A: We offer attractive meeting packages ranging from quarter day, half day and full day meetings. This information is available in our website click – Facilities
